Due to our new COVID-19 requirements, when you book you will need the names and email addresses of all participants before you will be able to proceed. If a participant is under 18, this should be the parent/guardian’s details.
At Locked in Escape Rooms we have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected. Further, attending could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
Preventative measures in place:
Increased time between sessions to allow thorough cleaning.
Frequently touched surfaces are wiped down regularly throughout the day.
Staggered starting times so that foyer is not crowded. You will be asked to wait in your vehicles until your entire team has arrived and then text us and we will let you know when to come in.
Playing teams will be in relatively close proximity and so it is recommended that you only play with those that share a household.
Hand sanitizer(provided) must be used upon arrival and regularly throughout the game.
Players and staff must not attend if they have any of the following symptoms.
Based on current government recommendations, we do not provide masks or gloves but you are welcome to bring your own, as long as you adhere to sanitizing requirements. (Gloves actually need to be replaced regularly in order for them to be effective)
Adhering to the 4 square metre rule, which means no more than 30 members of the public at our location and limits on participants per escape room.
To allow contact tracing, all players must provide a first name and contact email.
